Due to Haggerman's mastery in all areas of human resources, she was selected as 1 of 150 worldwide human resource trainers to speak at the International Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Exposition and Convention. Haggerman also conducted a book signing during the Convention. In addition, she was selected twice to speak at the largest United States SHRM Exposition and Convention. SHRM, founded in 1948, is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management, and is now serving over 300,000 members in 165 countries.

Haggerman was the first Consultant selected by The Myers-Briggs Company (MB) as a renowned ICON (Independent Consultant). This honor was to provide recognition and showcase success and achievements in the field, recognizing Haggerman as “a long-time, respected Independent Consultant.” MB began more than 50 years ago, and is a world leader in providing personality, career, and organizational development assessment tools utilized by millions in more than 100 countries, including many Fortune 500 companies. Haggerman is certified to administer a myriad of tests, including the MBTI.
She is a popular author and speaker of over 25 copyrighted human resource and management-related seminars that she conducts onsite at company locations nationwide, often customizing her programs to meet the unique needs of each business. Haggerman has developed Management and Human Resource Certification Programs for universities throughout the country.
Haggerman is routinely asked by the television and print media for her insight, opinions, and expertise on current human-resource related events and activities. She also provides expert courtroom testimony.
Lynne has published human resource-related articles internationally, and she regularly publishes articles in her “HR Solutions” column for the “Springfield Business Journal,” located in Southwest Missouri. Haggerman has contributed hundreds and hundreds of articles over the years. Recognized as an “impressive, credible authority” in the field whose “input is very incisive,” her columns are utilized as resources by companies due to the “practical, relevant information people can really use” and being “right on target with so many issues, helping a multitude of organizations run smoothly and saving managers and their employees unnecessary grief.” A COO noted her articles are, “indicative of the best, concise descriptions of what his company should be doing.” The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc.
